Use our Telephone Assistant

Diamond Medical Group is currently very short staffed and experiencing long waits on the telephone. Did you realise that you can speak to our Telephone Assistant by choosing option 1 Voice Assist and answer the PATCHS questions or you can contact us online using PATCHS online via the NHS App. This does not affect your place in any triage queue.
