Please call for home visits before 11.00am.
Our GP's will look at the reasons for your visit request and may telephone you to ascertain more information or give advice. Please give the receptionist as much information regarding the reasons for the visit.
The surgery will select the most appropriate team member to visit you - which could be a GP, GP in training, Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist or any other appropriate clinical team member.
Your GP is not obliged to visit you personally and you cannot insist on this.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the surgery.
