Update your NHS App

Following creation of Diamond Medical Group, patients who use the NHS App may experience some disruption as a result of the IT systems merger.
If you validated your NHS App account using facial recognition, your NHS App should automatically transfer over to the new system, but it may take a few days to do so. If your NHS App is still not active and working by 8th November you may need to follow the instructions described below.
If you validated your NHS App account with a linkage key/access code (a long number) provided by the surgery, unfortinately your NHS App will not automatically transfer. In this case you will need to follow the instructions descibed below.
